Nimble Studio File Transfer is set up but when performed uploads to S3, the following error is presented:
Establishing connection to S3 (failed) An error occurred. Unable to browse bucket. Verify that your configuration and credentials for the transfer profile “hc_aws_blender_transfer1” are correct.
This is caused by incorrect permissions / access keys associated with the Profile that is configured to use with File Transfer Application. The resolution will be as below:
- Ensure that the profile name specified in configuration file is same as profile name reflected in error. If you're not sure, generate a support file from File Transfer UI and send it to us: https://docs.aws.amazon.com/nimble-studio/latest/filetransfer-guide/troubleshooting.html. This will contain logs and the YAML Configuration file.
- Verify the Access Keys associated with the profile from IAM panel and ensure required privileges are granted for associated IAM user
-
Ensure the “bucket” param in the “configuration.yaml” file is the name of the bucket and not the ARN
